Monthly wages for domestic workers vary across localities, generally ranging between INR 1,000 and 4,500. A skill survey of construction workers in Jharsuguda and Sadar Block, conducted by student volunteers, provides insights into workforce demographics, emphasizing the need for further support and welfare initiatives for these sectors.
