Construction Workers’ Committees under Progressive Sramik Manch (PSM)
Construction workers’ committees have been formed at the village and slum levels across various districts of Odisha. These committees comprise mostly skilled, unskilled, semi-skilled, and highly skilled workers. More than 500 such workers’ committees have already been constituted, reflecting a strong foundation of worker solidarity and decentralized leadership.
